What we collect
When you RSVP to a mixer, join the WhatsApp community, or send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide directly: name, email, phone number, company, role, and anything you write in a message or goals field. We also capture basic UTM campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign) when you arrive via a tracked link, so we know which channels are working.
How we use it
To confirm mixer RSVPs and send event details, to respond to inquiries from founders, investors, sponsors and speakers, to screen attendees for curated events, and to understand which marketing channels bring people to EA. We do not sell your data to third parties.
WhatsApp community
If you join EA's WhatsApp community, your phone number is visible to other members per WhatsApp's own group mechanics. Community conduct and promotion rules are set separately when you join.
Cookies
