Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mixer passes
Cancel more than 7 days before the event and you'll get a full refund. Within 7 days, the pass can be transferred to a future EA mixer instead. Seats are capped and screened, so a late cancellation usually means an empty chair we could have offered someone else.
No-shows
A confirmed RSVP that doesn't show up isn't refunded or transferred. Message the team on WhatsApp as soon as you know you can't make it and we'll move you to the next room instead.
If EA cancels or reschedules
If we cancel a mixer, you get a full refund or a transfer to the next available room, whichever you prefer. If we move the date, your pass carries over automatically, and you can request a full refund if the new date doesn't work.
Sponsorships
Event-based sponsorships (Community Supporter, Event Partner) are refundable up to 14 days before the event, after which branding and collateral are already committed. Multi-month partnerships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, with unused full months refunded pro-rata.
Growth Consulting and Flexi Investment
These are governed by the individual engagement agreement signed for each project, not by this policy.
How to request one
Email us or message either founder on WhatsApp with your name and the event you booked. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7 - 10 business days.
